return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

2. No Returns on Customized Products :
2.1. All sales are final for customized merchandise, signs, banners, and any custom items. Due to the personalized
nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

3. Defective Products :
3.1. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to
